Privacy Policy
We collect as little personal information as we can, use it only to respond to you and run our business, and never sell it.

1. Who we are
Apex Wright (“we”, “us”) provides web and mobile app development, AI automation and IT resource augmentation. This policy explains how we handle personal information on apexwright.com. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@apexwright.com.
2. Information we collect
We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site and respond to you.
- Information you send us. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, company, project details and anything else you choose to include. The contact form opens your own email application with a pre-filled message, so what we receive is what you send.
- Job applications. If you apply for a role, we receive the CV and details you send us.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not include it in messages to us.
3. How we use information
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals or estimates.
- To assess job applications.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
- To meet legal obligations.
4. Legal bases
Where data protection law such as the GDPR applies, we process personal information because it is necessary to take steps you request before entering into a contract, because we have a legitimate interest in running and securing our business and answering enquiries, to comply with legal obligations, or with your consent where we ask for it.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to follow up on a potential engagement, then delete or anonymise them. Job applications are kept for a limited period after the role is filled unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons are kept for the required period.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Receive your information in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent where we rely on it.
- Complain to your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@apexwright.com.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
11. Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
